Eric concentrates his practice on trust and estate planning, estate administration, and business succession matters. In 2000 he co-founded a boutique law firm dedicated to estate planning for high net wealth individuals, now known as Fahlman Olson & Little, PLLC. Eric has been recognized with various awards, which include: being named a “Rising Star” by Washington Law and Politics in 1998 and 1999; voted one of Seattle’s Best Attorneys by Seattle Magazine in December 2002 and January 2005; voted to the “League of Justice – Washington’s Most Amazing Attorneys” by Washington CEO Magazine in March 2006; named one of the Best Estate Planning Attorneys of Seattle by Seattle Business Monthly in April 2006; voted one of Seattle’s 100 Best Estate Planning Lawyers by SeattleMet in July 2010; voted a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine (formerly known as Washington Law and Politics) from 2000 to 2013; voted a Five Star Wealth Manager by Five Star Professional, as published by Seattle Magazine from 2009 to 2013; and selected as a “Top Rated Lawyer in Trust & Estates” by Martindale-Hubbell in 2013. Eric obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Washington in 1987, graduating cum laude. In 1990, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from Washington and served as editor of the Washington Law Review. Eric enjoys backpacking, running, and watching his kids play sports. Aside from that, he really doesn’t have much of a life outside of the office.
